1. Policies and FAQ's for Myshirtsco.com / Myfitteds.com

Welcome to Myshirtsco.com, the on-line store of My Shirts Co. We provide our services to you, subject to the terms below. By visiting or shopping online at Myshirtsco.com, you accept the following rules and conditions. Please read them carefully before you shop.

2. Description of Service

My Shirts Co. offers its services in two ways: Myshirtsco.com / Myfitteds.com, and our retail stores. Myshirtsco.com offers hard to find, rare, collectible fitted caps and apparel. We do not sell sneakers on-line.

3. Limitation of Liability

In consideration of your use of these services, you agree to the following:

  • All information provided by the potential customer must be accurate, current and complete. This means that for credit card purchases, you MUST type in your full name, address, phone number and email address.
  • All Paypal purchases, you MUST be verified and confirmed with Paypal in order for your order to be processed.
  • My Shirts Co. does NOT sell, rent, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies and or third parties, except to provide products or services that you have requested.
  • Should you provide falsified, inaccurate and incomplete information (credit card/Paypal), My Shirts Co. has reasonable grounds to reject and refuse all current and future usage of our site and therefore please remember that this is done to reduce the act of credit card fraud.
  • Your use of the services is solely at your own risk. The services are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. All products purchased through our site should be used for individual purposes only and therefore should not be resold.

4. Accepted Forms of Payment
We accept the following types of payments:
Other accepted forms of payments are USPS, Western Union Money Orders, Certified Bank Checks and Cashier's Checks. We do not accept personal checks.
5. Return Policies

Our mission and goal is to provide outstanding and second-to-none shopping experience. Your satisfaction is our number one priority and goal. However,
Due to the limited availability of our products, any orders placed with us CANNOT be returned for any reason except if:
1.) should we have sent the wrong item or size. 2.) should the items have been damaged upon arrival.

Please contact a customer service representative at sales@myshirtsco.com to make a claim prior to shipping the items back so that you can obtain a return authorization number.

All return shipping costs must be paid for by the customer.

Please remember that we are not responsible for any damages, theft to your order caused during transit. It is the customer's responsibility to setup a claim with UPS/USPS to have the problem resolved. My Shirts will do its best to assist you in resolving any shipping problems.

Please remember that all refunds may take up to 3 weeks to process depending on availability, bank's policies etc.

6. Site Security

We have partnered with Yahoo!, which uses state of the art 128bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology that uses the most secure and up-to-the-minute encryption available in commercial transactions today.. All personal information before being sent through the Internet is encrypted to enhance security so that it cannot be read by a third party while in transit. Thus this process makes it possible for your order to be received by our servers only.

*Due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, acts of God, seasonal delivery rush and etc, delivery may be delayed. Myshirtsco.com is NOT responsible for such delays.


**UPS makes 3 delivery attempts before shipping the item back to us. On their tracking page, they provide estimated time of delivery (which is pretty accurate), please have someone at home to sign for any packages you order. Myshirtsco.com will charge extra shipping charges to have items shipped back due to non-claim.
USPS only makes 1 attempt at delivery before the package is held at the local post office in charge of your delivery. They will leave a orange slip in your mail box to notify you of packages from My Shirts Co. waiting for you at the Post Office.


***Overnight/Next Day orders are usually guaranteed by10AM / noon / or 3PM the next day. Please make sure you place your order by 5pm to ensure enough processing time to have it shipped the next day. ALL USPS EXPRESS MAIL ORDERS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED THE SAME DAY. PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 1 BUSINESS DAY FOR PROCESSING TIME! All orders placed after 5pm will ship the second day for next day delivery.

5*: In the event UPS/USPS makes amendments to their shipping policies, we reserve the right to change our shipping rates.

Not all locations are guaranteed for overnight delivery. Overnight delivery is guaranteed to many locations. Other areas may require 2 days for delivery. If USPS cannot guarantee overnight delivery, we cannot either. Please keep in mind that the customer is responsible for all package claims due to theft, loss in the mail.

All International orders will be shipped via USPS Express Mail Service with Insurance. All international orders will be marked as MERCHANDISE and will have full pricing listed on the customs forms.?Please be aware of this before placing your orders as we CANNOT mark any packages as gifts. NO EXCEPTIONS.

8. I placed my order, but I never received a order confirmation or number, but I still see the charges on my credit card account
By clicking on the "SEND ORDER" button at checkout, you are allowing PayPal (our credit card processing party) to request an authorization for the purchase amount to be debited from your credit card / debit card account. This process is called obtaining authorization. Should your order attempt fail, that authorization will still remain in your account. This is to show that PayPal has actually attempted to remove the funds that you authorized by clicking on the "SEND ORDER" button, but failed. PLEASE DO NOT PANIC as this authorization remnant is only a TEMPORARY TRANSACTION and you WILL NOT BE BILLED. These temporary authorizations will drop within the next few business days.

10. Stock Availability

Due to unforeseen circumstances such as: extreme popularity and limited availability, we cannot keep every item in stock. Please be advised that although you may see an item available for purchase, we may not have them in stock. Should such events occur, we will contact you via telephone so that we can inform you of the order situation. If no substitute item is wanted, then we will issue a refund. Please keep in mind that all refunds can take anywhere from 3-10 business days. Please remember that in the event that an order placed is partially available, it is our policy ship the remaining available items. We will notify you should such event occur.

11. Sales / Promotions

From time to time, we have sales and or promotions on our site. When you purchase an item from us prior to going on sale, we cannot issue a refund of the difference in price. Please note this before you shop. Promotional items given away are only given away until our supplies last!

12. Order Cancelation Policy

Please understand that once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Should an order be placed of multiple items and we could only partially fill an order, we will ship the partial order and refund or replace the other remaining items. We will call should such event occur.
